Outside Sales Position
Job Description
We are seeking outside sales reps to join our fast-growing team! You will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the drive to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Leverage marketing techniques and act as brand ambassador
- Understand clients’ specific needs through consultation and provide best solutions
- Comply with company standards for customer satisfaction
- Achieve weekly or monthly sales goals
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in direct sales (Required)
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Positive and professional demeanor
This job is commission based, and all appointments are provided to you by our office.
Job Types: Full-time
Salary: $80,000.00 to $120,000.00 /year
